Question: I have several reports on my Dashboard that would beneficial to others with similar responsibilities as me.  How can I make these reports available to other users?

Answer

If users do not have dashboards already created, an administrator can push that dashboard out to other users overwriting what is currently in place.

If the user already has an existing dashboard, they will have to add the Report System Dashpart to their Dashboards.   A list of all Saved Favorite Reports will be available to be added to the dashboard.
