| Details: | SilverEdge has been hosting Wine & Wisdom events in Chicago since March 2010 to provide opportunities for collaboration among thought leaders. For the past 9 months we have been actively using, internally, a virtual collaboration platform with great success. It occurred to us that this platform offered a great way to broaden Wine and Wisdom, providing much of the same collaboration value, in less time, and with no travel requirements. The theme of our first virtual event was: “Business Innovation—Do You Have a Customer Experience Strategy?” It was facilitated by Bob Dean and Richard Flanagan, with whom we have been actively working to develop and implement our own SilverEdge customer experience strategy. Bob Dean is a Certified Expert in The Experience Economy written by Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore. Richard Flanagan is co-author of the original The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning. The foundation of our experience was Bob Dean’s Progression of Economic Value for Professional Services.
